IBDE welcomes new members to the Advisory Board
IBDE is delighted to welcome Mark Boleat, Sir Peter Heap, Peter Hayes, Phil Baines and Borbala Czako as new members of our Advisory Board.
Mark Boleat is Charman of Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority, Chairman of the States of Jersey Development Company. He also runs a Consultancy Firm and is Deputy Chairman of the Policy and Resources Committee and the Market Committee of the City of London Corporation.
Sir Peter Heap KCMG is a former British diplomat, having had postings all over the world from Sri Lanka to Ireland to Venezuela to Nigeria. Sir Peter’s final two posts were as British Ambassador to Brazil, and as a top British diplomat in Hong Kong and Macau.
Dr Peter Hayes is Head of Public Affairs of the London Stock Exchange Group. Prior to joining the exchange, Peter was a British diplomat serving as High Commissioner to Sri Lanka and Non-Resident High Commissioner to the Maldives until November 2010.
Phil Baines is Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer, Government Sector, Global Banking & Markets at HSBC Bank plc.
Ambassador Borbala Czako is Partner at Ernst & Young Global Limited. Prior to this Ambassador Czako was the Ambassador of Hungary to the UK.
